A few words of thanks

Readtime: 1 minute

Hello,

I wasn’t sure whether to send a newsletter on Christmas Day, but it is a Thursday, and I always send my weekly newsletter on Thursdays... So, here we are.

And, if you’re reading this on Christmas morning, thanks for having me as part of your day.

But in a minute, get back to the chocolate and Champagne…

I decided to send something as I wanted to thank you, and today felt like a good time to do that.

  • Thank you for reading my newsletter.

  • Thank you if you’ve replied to my newsletter to let me know you liked it.

  • Thank you if you’ve read my posts on LinkedIn.

  • Thank you if you’ve liked, commented, or sent me a DM.

  • Thank you if you’ve joined one of my workshops or heard me speak.

  • Thank you if you’ve bought one of my services for your company.

  • Thank you if you’ve worked with me one-to-one.

  • Thank you if you’ve trusted me enough to buy Atomic Ambition.

It all means a lot, because this is the end of my third year in business and I feel grateful to be able to do what I do. And I wouldn’t be able to without your support.

Outside of delivering my work to companies and individuals, it can sometimes feel quite quiet. So every reply, comment, or call genuinely matters. Knowing that something I’ve shared has helped someone means more to me than I normally think about, and definitely more than I actively talk about.

As the year comes to a close, I know people reading this will be in very different places.

Some of you will feel tired or stretched.
Some of you will feel proud of what you’ve achieved.
Some of you will be sitting with a sense that you want something to change.

Wherever you find yourself today, I hope you give yourself a little credit. Most people I speak to and work with are working hard, carrying a lot, and doing their best. And doing our best with what we have deserves a little celebration. So, every time you raise a glass today, give yourself a little celebration too.

Today doesn’t need plans, goals, or big decisions. There will be plenty of time for that next year (and that’s coming in next week’s newsletter…)

Today can just be a pause.

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, however you’re spending it.

Thank you for being here and for being part of this community.

I’m genuinely grateful.

Mostyn
