About Mostyn Wilson

I spent 22 years at KPMG as a client-facing Partner and as both COO and Head of People for a £250m division of the firm. I understand the demands and challenges of senior leadership from the inside.

I've worked with some of the biggest companies in the world, and some of the fastest-growing startups. I've coached or mentored over 250 people, including more than 100 senior executives.

I now deliver Keynotes and Leadership Programmes for senior leaders in financial services and professional services. There are three main outcomes:

1. Better decisions, stronger execution, and measurably better performance at the individual, team, and company level.

2. Leaders who lead at a higher level with less stress, and teams that follow.

3. A leadership culture that retains your best people and attracts the next generation of them.
